Reserving for your date:
Items can be reserved at any time.
Payments:
A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.
Fees:
We have no hidden fees of any kind. No will call fees, no service fees, no credit card fees, no late night pick up fees. Let’s face it, we all hate fees.
Final payment:
Due 2 weeks prior to delivery or pick up.
Almost all items are available for pick up at our Tempe warehouse.
The Ornate collection:
Loveseats are “delivery only” due to special handling requirements.
Rate:
Most rental rates cover 2 days. The Ornate collection rental rates cover 1 day. Longer term rentals are available if needed.
For weekend rentals:
Will call pick up is on Fridays from 10-11 AM. Return is on Mondays from 10-11 AM. There is no extra charge for the additional time out on these rentals.
For Weekday rentals:
We will do our best to accommodate any special needs / pick ups or deliveries.
There is no minimum order for delivery & pick up:
Keep in mind our minimum delivery/pick up charge is $350.00 ($175.00 delivery, 150.00 pick up)
WILL CALL PICK UP REQUIREMENTS:
You are responsible to come prepared. This means blankets (not a blue tarp or sheets) and tie downs (not kite string). All measurements are provided on our web site so you can verify items will fit in your vehicle. If you show up unprepared we will not allow release of your rentals. We are experienced loaders and will be happy to assist.
