Items can be reserved at any time. We suggest booking early to insure the best availability.

Due 7 days prior to delivery or pick up.
Almost all items are available for pick up at our Tempe warehouse.
The Ornate collection:
Some of the throne (Ornate) items are marked “delivery only” due to special handling requirements. Please contact us as we may have options available to avoid delivery.
Rate:
Our rental rates cover 1 day.
Longer term rentals are available. Contact us for multi-day/long-term rental rates.
Will call procedures
Our will call pick-up days are Fridays & Mondays from 9-10 AM.
Weekend rentals: Pick up is Friday, with return on Monday. 9 to 10 AM both days.
Weekday rentals: Pick up is Monday, with return on Friday. 9 to 10 AM both days.
There will be extra charges for long distance carrying, stairs, elevators or other obstacles.
There are NO extra charges for the additional time out.
The person on the order is NOT required to be present at pick-up or return. Please advise the person you designate regarding the one-hour window for pick-up & return.

There is no minimum order for delivery & pick up:
Keep in mind our minimum delivery/set & pick up charge is $350.00. This often does not make sense when ordering only a few items.
The 350.00 fee includes deliveries within a 25 mile (one-way) radius of our warehouse. There will be a small upcharge for distances above the 25 miles. (one-way)
WILL CALL PICK UP REQUIREMENTS:
You are responsible to come prepared. This means blankets (not a blue tarp or sheets) and tie downs (not kite string). All measurements are provided on our web site so you can verify items will fit in your vehicle. If you show up unprepared, we will not allow release of your rentals. We are experienced loaders and will be happy to assist in any way we can.
