Serving Phoenix and All Surrounding Cities We provide delivery, setup, and pickup service throughout Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Queen Creek, Sedona, Tucson, and more. Delivery fees apply. Additional charges may be added for long‑distance carrying, stairs, elevators, or other obstacles.

There is no minimum order for delivery and pickup — unlike most competitors.

We also offer Will Call on most rental items. This is a free service. Our warehouse is located in Tempe AZ, near Arizona Mills Mall.

Will Call Hours: Fridays & Mondays — 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM

Weekend Rentals: Pick up Friday, return Monday (9–10 AM both days)

Weekday Rentals: Pick up Monday, return Friday (9–10 AM both days)

There are no extra charges for the additional time out on weekend or weekday rentals.

FAQ

Can I see the items in person? Yes — we can schedule an appointment to view rentals. We do not keep regular business hours at the warehouse, so an appointment is required.

How early should I book my event rentals? We recommend booking 2–6 months in advance during peak seasons (October–December and February–May), especially for holiday events in December.

Do you have hidden fees? No. We have no hidden fees of any kind — no will‑call fees, no service fees, no credit card fees, no late‑night pickup fees. Let’s face it… everyone hates fees.
